Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung und Überwachung der gesamten Bilanzbuchhaltung bis zur Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und der testierfähigen Jahresabschlüsse

• Mitwirken bei der termingerechten Erstellung laufender Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie unterstützen bei Betriebsprüfungen

• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen inklusive Verprobung

• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Betriebsprüfer

• Eigenständig Projektarbeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Abteilungsleiterin sowie anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung

• Gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Abschlusserstellung

• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und ein Händchen für Zahlen

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise in „Diamant“ und der routinierte Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen ist selbstverständlich

• Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit und haben Lust, vorhandene Prozesse mitzugestalten
